What happens if my flag is damaged during shipping?

Keep the Original Packaging!  Inspect carefully and send detailed photos of the damaged packaging and flag to greatamericanflags@gmail.com We are sorry for any inconvenience and will do what it takes to correct the problem. 

When will I get my flag? 

All of our flags are custom made. We make every attempt to keep some of each in stock ready to ship, but are a small family run business so if we get multiple orders or batch orders we may not always have enough in stock. Unless it is updated on the order page we make every attempt to ensure every flag is shipped within 10 business days of order. 

Can I have my flag personalized in any way?

As we are a very small company we only offer customization to a few select clients. If you feel you fall in that category please email us at greatamericanflags@gmail.com and we will review and reply if we are able to accommodate your request. We do not guarantee customization will be available.  

Will my flag look like the one in the picture on the website? 

Every Great American Flag is a special hand made one-of-a-kind item. Due to the nature of hand working with wood the colors and character of you flag may vary slightly from the flags pictured. 

Do you make anything other than flags? 

No, we stick to the motto do one thing Great and not a lot of things good. We strive to make the best flags in America and will not stop until we do. 

How do I hang my flag?

All flags come with mounts on the back to hang. We 'Suggest' locating studs in your wall to anchor the flags to and using at minimum 50 pound mounting hardware.
