We at Great American Flags, an entity falling under Firefly Forest Enterprises LLC ( “we” or “us”) believe it is vital to protect your privacy when you access the information on our website. That is why we want to tell you what we do with your personal data, in particular how it is processed, disclosed, secured and deleted.
1. Personal data
Personal data (“data”) refers to all data relating to a particular individual or identifiable person. You trust us with your data when you, make a purchase, or take part in an information campaign (e.g. a quiz). Personal data associated with financial transactions (e.g. credit card data) is not transferred to us. This data is used according to the data protection rules and regulations of the websites and platforms responsible for handling this data, we utilize WIX for credit card transactions. Any other forms of payment the data is handled through that payment agency, Apple Pay, Pay Pay, ect…

2. Data use
By accepting these data protection regulations you agree to us collecting, storing and using your personal data for the following purposes:

6. Data destruction
We only save your data for as long as the law allows us to. Thereafter, all data is deleted.
7. Right of appeal and questions on data protection
